Upper Arlington, OH, July 5, 2024 – Everyone at the Alumni Association and Upper Arlington Education Foundation is excited to share news about the Annual High School Open House and Awards Ceremony, a celebration of the achievements and contributions of our distinguished alumni and educators. This year's event honored the legacy of the school district and highlighted the incredible impact of education in our community.

Tony Macaluso, President of the Alumni Association, opened the ceremony with a warm welcome, underscoring the roles of the Alumni Association and the Upper Arlington Education Foundation. Established in 1985 by Dr. Homer Mincy and community leaders, the Foundation's mission is to provide additional resources and support for the school district, ensuring all students can pursue enriching educational experiences. The Alumni Association, founded in 1988, continues to strengthen ties between the school district, alumni, and the community.

Superintendent Dr. Robert Hunt, serving as the master of ceremonies, introduced the Educator Hall of Fame honorees. Established by former UAHS Principal Kip Greenhill in 2007 and expanded in 2018, the Hall of Fame honors retired and deceased Upper Arlington Schools preK-12 educators who have significantly contributed to student achievement and demonstrated exceptional teaching excellence.

This year's Educator Hall of Fame inductees are:
